mp ... What will the-ddu do for you?

Welcome, & thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedul to review THE-DDU.

So besides putting just about everything current and relevant about you, your portfolio or the electorate you represent that is available via Australia's own privacy act, along with your targets mentioned, promises made, project & performance reports, on time?, on budget?, budget spending and deliverance, the usual, but it will be all here on your profile page.. & at your liberty you will have the chance to log on as every other Australian voter can but as a MP, you will have special privileges in being able to ask, inform, create.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO? Well why did you join politics to start with? As an electorate representative or senator, your the last word before deciding what becomes law, wouldn't you like to be the best informed on whatever subject?

1. Like a monthly plebiscite, THE-DDU will give you the opportunity to ask Australia a question every month in regards to either your electorate or a concern you have on a national level. Available for all public to see, the results of your yes or no or multiple choice questions broken down demographically will give you a clear indication and the confidence that you are representing the people's voice, keep well in mind that's why you're there. Until the top job or you have busted into the national cabinet, we don't need you making decisions for us without asking thank you.. It's like you all forgot the word plebiscite..

2. Your profile on THE-DDU platform will give you a better reach, an opportunity to get recognised, establish a relationship and become a familiar face among your electorate & to all Australian voters establishing better trust & who knows? You may appeal to great majority and elevate your own career, ultimately the people will decide.

3. THE-DDU platform will also offer you the opportunity to create "money pits" these money pits will be of your choosing for a cause you see necessary in your electorate or for a national program not funded or a sudden appeal needed, eg. raising money to collect & relocate koalas after the fires, These money pits will be funded by the members of THE-DDU that see your cause for a money pit as worthy of donation. Getting the whole of Australia behind genuine local causes that slip past or take to long to process through our parliamentary system.

4. Help you keep your position.. THE-DDU platform will keep you accountable, so if your engaging with your electorate, listening to them & better yet delivering what your hearing.....  Your credibility to deliver will be for all see. Unless you are dodgy, doing something you know you shouldn't & just doing your job, well.... you have nothing to worry about. 

5. Not one of the "in" crew, Dodge the corporate ladder & bulling, Catapult your political career to national recognition by asking questions that matter or that need to be asked. Gain the respect of the Australian public & they will recognise WHO is asking the questions that matter, WHO really has the best in mind for our children, this country, along with its original custodians, the farmers & the multicultural population that stands proud to call themselves Australian, WHO will that be? WHO will they trust, they respect?
